Mr. Mark Giarrizzi, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant.
He has been practicing for the last 11 years. Mr. Giarrizzi completed
his undergraduate training at Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, Pa
where he received a Bachelor of Health Science degree in 1996. He received
a Master of Health Science degree in Health Science from Lock Haven
University in 1998. He completed his physician assistant training in
May of 1998.
Mr. Giarrizzi has experience in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational
Medicine, Family Practice, General Surgery, Dermatology, Physical Rehabilitation
and Emergency Medicine. He provided care to underserved communities
in rural Pennsylvania for over 7 years. He is an active member of the
American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission
on Certification of Physician Assistants. He continues his training
throughout the year attending continuing education classes and seminars.
Mr. Giarrizzi has received extensive training in the areas of cosmetic
medicine. He performs all laser services at our facility including wrinkle
reduction, skin rejuvenation, laser hair reduction, broken blood vessels
and spider veins while utilizing state of the art cosmetic laser equipment.
He also performs Botox and dermal filler injections for the removal
of fine lines and wrinkles.

Personal:
Dr. Curtis and his wife Allison moved to South Carolina in 1990 after
completing two year internship in Atlanta. Dr. and Mrs. Curtis have
two children, Elisabeth and Sam who both currently attend Clover High
School. Elisabeth is a high academic achiever on track to enroll at
Penn State fall of 2009. Sam excels in wrestling, placed second in NHSCA
Freshman Nationals and has numerous state and national level achievements.
In 2005, Dr. Curtis sold his four chiropractic medical practices and
took a two year sabbatical to devote more time to his family and leisure.
In January of 2008 he ended his mini-retirement to practice chiropractic
again in Fort Mill, SC and expand this clinic into a Medi-Spa to include
services such as laser hair removal, Botox, photo-facial rejuvenation,
etc. His hobbies and passions include scuba diving, maintaining aquariums,
restoring motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and wrestling.
